Backseat Boys was the closing film at the Oak Cliff Film Festival x Szn Change Showcase. We also were nominated at the Lift-Off Global Network Festival under the First Time Filmmaker category and selected at the BESLA Film Festival.
Backseat Boys is based on the Spike Chester song of the same name.
Responsibilities
Oversaw location scouting with co-producer to best suit screenplay.
Sourced, bid, and awarded behind-the-scenes photographer and managed on-set objectives.
Led post-production of the film with the hand-off of picture lock to sound editor/designer and Backseat Boys song manipulation for film with Spike Chester’s producer.
Collaborate with co-producer to create and execute the festival strategy that has led to multiple selections and closing Oak Cliff Film Festival x Szn Chng Showcase.
